Frankfurt, (23 August 2018) – As a reaction to client questions regarding the MVIS Australia A-REITS Index (MVMVA),
MVIS hereby clarifies eligibility criteria for the respective universe:
REITs are not classified as an A-REIT (Australian Real Estate Investment Trust) by MVIS if they are neither incorporated nor active as a REIT in Australia. A listing on ASX cannot overcome this restriction.
